If an order has already been dispatched, a refund cannot be processed until the item has been returned to us.
We aim to maintain sufficient stock levels at all times. In the event that an item is temporarily unavailable, the maximum waiting period will be up to three weeks.
Returns and Refunds:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you find yourself unsatisfied with the received product, kindly reach out to our team by emailing info@vanproducts.com.au within 14 days of receiving the item.
In cases of damage or incorrect product shipment, Van Products will facilitate the pickup of the item and initiate a full refund. For instances of change of mind, the product must be returned to our warehouse located at 1/19 Merrindale Drive Croydon South VIC 3136 and a restocking fee of 10% will incur.
Please be advised that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return of your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable.
